Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide, with international shipping available to select countries. All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Australian delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100. Orders under $100 incur a flat $9.95 shipping fee. Express and international rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to modify or cancel it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@lushroot.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements and fit tips. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or staying true to size for a fitted look.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Our pieces are designed to fit true to size. Each product page includes specific fit notes — some styles run slightly oversized by design. When in doubt, refer to the Size Guide or reach out to us.
Products & Quality
What fabrics do you use?
We use premium performance fabrics selected for breathability, stretch, and durability. Full fabric details are listed on each product page.
How should I care for my Lushroot pieces?
We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying. Avoid tumble drying and ironing directly on printed or embroidered areas. Full care instructions are on the label of each garment.
