Shipping policy

We are proud to offer free tracked shipping on every Lushroot order.

 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is approximately 8-12 days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

We ship to Australia and the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs or carrier delays outside our control. Any customs or import duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
