Refund policy

At Lushroot we want you to love your Scalp Reset. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day happiness guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. To start a return or report an issue, email us at support@lushroot.com.au with your order number and a short description.

 

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

 

For change-of-mind returns, please allow time for the item to reach our returns facility. We recommend using a tracked service. This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
